Brand and Website Launch for Wise & Flow, Holistic Health Coaching

Starting a business can be difficult, not only are you learning how to set up your systems and get clients, you’re also faced with trying to figure out how to make your visual brand looks cohesive and professional to attract those clients. Working on your own visual brand when you’re not a designer can be a huge time-suck and distract you from actually perfecting your craft and working with your clients.

That’s why I was so excited to help Anne as she begins her holistic health coaching business. Instead of her figuring it out and piecemealing it together (and wasting valuable time in the process) she outsourced this huge task to me and we created a beautiful brand and easy-to-use Squarespace website for her coaching business. Now she can begin her business with confidence and establish credibly right from the beginning. I loved creating the visual brand for Anne’s business and I’m so excited to share the finished result!

Anne wanted a cohesive brand to attract her ideal clients and a website that could be her online hub to house all her services, classes, and tools that her business can grow into– and that’s exactly what we did.

Anne said, “Before I hired RuthAnn I was confused and overwhelmed trying to create a cohesive brand and website,” which is exactly the struggle so many business owners have. Coming alongside her, taking her creative ideas, and turning them into a visual brand that’s beautiful, grounded, and magical will help Anne attract those ideal clients as she starts and grows her business.

The branding process always begins with a deep dive into my client’s goals, mission, target audience and more. We got clear on the feelings she wanted her audience to have when they interact with her brand, which for her was natural, wild, fun, wise, magical, inspiring, nurturing, and kind.

Once we get clear on some foundational elements we begin the process with an Inspiration Board, Color Palette and from there we move on to logo sketching and actualizing her visual brand.

Once the color palette and inspiration board are nailed down, we create the logo. In this case, Anne had a lot of ideas for how she wanted her logo to look and I was all for incorporating her ideas so she was pleased and excited with the end result.

Once the logo was complete we created marketing pieces. Anne chose an opt-in design for her newsletter and a health history for her clients to complete when they start working together.

The branding portion is completed with a Brand Style Guide–as you can see here below–a roadmap for how Anne can use her branding in the future.

After the branding was complete we moved onto the website where I inputed all of her branding into the site. In this case, the design is colorful, optimistic, and grounding yet professional so Anne can build that immediate trust with potential clients.

Anne said her favorite part of the new brand was “I love the vibe! RuthAnn and I worked together to find bring forward the authenticity of my business in the colors, photos and designs.” which is exactly what an online presence should do – bring your business to the next level and allow potential clients to first experience who you are and then invite them to learn more.

Anne said this of the process, “I contacted RuthAnn in hopes of developing a website and branding for my health coaching business. She worked professionally and quickly to achieve our goals. She has a great eye for design and worked with me to bring out my voice throughout the process!”

I hear many client say that they feel really heard and seen throughout the process and I love that. I want your visual brand to be a reflection of your style, personality, and a vibe that will attract your ideal clients with ease. Anne can now start her business with confidence, ease, and with a credible and captivating online presence. Check out her new site here!
