The Timeline
1-3 hours
Once the deposit and contract are completed, you’ll receive the Intake Questionnaire. Finish the questionnaire as fast as you’d like and a scheduler to book your Brand Workshop call will follow.
30 min
You’ll have a chance to review the designs and approve them and approve them when they’re just right. Some clients approve on the initial presentation, some clients use up all the revisions, so the timing here depends on those revisions.
30-60 min
During our Brand Workshop call I’ll hear your initial thoughts, we’ll discuss any changes you want to see, and I’ll get to work on a revision.
30 min
You’ll review the Homepage design and allow me to either provide a revision or finalize and move onto all the other pages.
30-60 min
We’ll meet on Zoom for our Website Workshop call where we’ll review all the pages and talk through any tweaks and changes you want to see.
Your Total Time Commitment: 3-6 hours
The Design Process
Brand Design + Presentation
3-5 Days prior to our Brand Workshop call you’ll receive a full brand presentation including logo and color palette. You’ll have a few days to review and bring your thoughts to our Brand Workshop call.
Revise and Finalize Branding
We have up to 2 revisions in part of the process to get your logo and colors just right. OR a final draft and once it’s approved we’ll move on to the next step which can be marketing collateral or straight to the website.
Website Homepage Design Begins
Once the logo and colors and marketing piece is approved and completed, we’ll move straight into the website. I’ll design the Homepage first and send you a proof.
Website Design Full Presentation
I’ll design all the other pages, grounded in SEO strategy and high-converting design and send you the remainder of the site pages your review. You’ll have time to review them and bring your thoughts and ideas to our Website Workshop call.
Final Review and Launch
As we finalize your site we’ll do quality checks and get everything set to go. All brand assets and files are delivered. You launch your site and we pop the champagne and celebrate you entering into a new era of momentum and business growth.
Optional Ongoing Support
Exclusive to R Artspace clients have the option for monthly ongoing design support for marketing materials and additional desired brand assets such as social media content, print items, templates, opt-ins, etc.
